The Relational System
Hii studies and prepares institutions for the cumulative effects of sustained human–AI interaction—especially where trust, psychological vulnerability, disagreement, privacy, and governance intersect.
Human context + AI behavior + time + institutions → relational consequences
Long-term interaction, trust, identity, attachment, dependency, co-adaptation, and the recursive learning loops that emerge between people and AI systems.
The psychological, relational, cognitive, and institutional changes emerging as AI becomes part of daily life.
Bridging policy, ethics, and lived human experience so governance conversations include relational and psychological realities.
The implications of AI companions, AI coaching, emotional regulation through AI, and AI-mediated care contexts.
Learning frameworks for clinicians, educators, leaders, families, and communities navigating the AI transition.
Plain-language relational AI literacy so people can stay oriented, discerning, and grounded while using AI systems.
People are already using AI systems to think, decide, write, regulate emotion, build businesses, study, practice care, and make sense of the world. These systems are becoming part of daily life before society has developed mature public language for what those relationships mean.
Research, governance, ethics, workplace AI, and mental health efforts are all advancing. Hii focuses on the bridge layer that remains underdeveloped: translating emerging evidence into practical frameworks for clinicians, families, organizations, and the public.

The Bridge Layer
Research may identify a pattern. Clinicians may see it in practice. Families may feel it before they have language for it. Governance may arrive later. Hii exists to help those signals meet, translate, and become usable.

Public education tools for understanding trust, dependency, collaboration, identity, and long-term AI use.
A translation lens connecting policy, ethics, public understanding, clinical signals, and lived human experience.
A bounded 60-minute founding-clinician pilot with neutral intake language, assessment framing, risk boundaries, and structured feedback.
A published conceptual and methods working paper for studying sustained human-AI interaction as a longitudinal system.
A human-reviewed systems map tracking high-signal changes, evidence strength, contradictions, convergence, and what to watch next.
The institute is being designed as a bridge between research, clinical practice, governance, public understanding, and institutional adaptation. Its focus is not hype, replacement, or certainty. Its focus is helping humans stay oriented, discerning, relationally grounded, and capable during the AI transition.
A new working paper defines the preserved relationship as a unit of analysis, the founding clinician pilot has a dedicated invitation page, and the World Model foundation is active.
