Hii collects only the information you choose to provide so we can understand and respond to your inquiry.

How submitted information is handled
Information submitted through an Hii inquiry form is transmitted through Hii’s website hosting provider and made available to Hii for the purpose of reviewing and responding to the inquiry.
Do not submit confidential, patient-identifying, protected health, crisis, or emergency information. Hii’s forms are not clinical-support or emergency channels.
Hii does not use inquiry information to provide diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or individualized clinical guidance. Access is limited to people working on the relevant Hii response or program.
