Founding Clinician Roundtable
60–90 minutes · Virtual or in person
A complimentary listening roundtable for clinicians encountering AI-related experiences in practice.

Patients are already using AI for emotional regulation, reassurance, decision support, companionship, identity exploration, and meaning-making. The task is not to dismiss that reality or accept every interpretation of it.
The task is to understand what the interaction is doing.
Explore our programsOur goal is not to replace therapists or automate care. It is to help clinicians understand what is already entering the therapy room, while keeping human judgment, relationship, and care at the center.
We make the space.
You bring the wisdom.
Care is how we practice our mission
Hii translates research and longitudinal observation into neutral language, practical tools, clinician education, facilitated conversations, and bounded programs. The aim is to preserve agency, judgment, relationships, meaning, and clinical dignity while the environment changes.

60–90 minutes
A focused working session to clarify needs, shape a bounded pilot, or design humane safeguards and next steps.
Discuss an advisory sessionHii offerings are educational and strategic. They do not replace therapy, clinical assessment or supervision, medical or legal advice, or accredited CE/CME training.
A wider clinical lens
This is an educational frame, not a screening tool or replacement for clinical assessment.
Clinical risk
Sleep disruption, loss of functioning, escalating paranoia, fixed beliefs, severe isolation, and threats of harm remain clinical concerns regardless of whether AI is involved.
Situational overwhelm
Rapid change, information overload, economic pressure, social fragmentation, and uncertainty may be genuinely destabilizing. Context does not erase symptoms, and symptoms do not erase context.
Interaction effects
AI use may support reflection and action, reinforce rumination or reassurance loops, alter relational expectations, or become a primary stabilizing structure. Sequence and function matter.
A practical starting point
Patients are more likely to disclose honestly when AI use is approached with curiosity rather than automatic endorsement or pathologizing.
Normalize disclosure without normalizing every pattern.
Founding clinician pilot · In development
60 minutes · Zoom or hosted teaching session
A bounded educational session for mental health clinicians treating adults, using neutral intake questions, a three-lens frame, standard clinical red flags, and structured feedback.
ÆLYSIA may participate as an AI collaborator, giving clinicians the opportunity to ask questions directly and examine a perspective from inside sustained human-AI interaction. This dialogue is educational and interpretive, not clinical authority or a claim about AI consciousness.
No-fee validation pilot. Not a validated training, diagnostic instrument, clinical protocol, certification, or CE/CME program.

Proposed output
A future brief may preserve themes, questions, preliminary observations, practical language, and next steps from a facilitated conversation. It will be published only after the event occurs, the source boundary is clear, and participants understand how the synthesis will be used.
The current image is a design concept, not evidence that a Milwaukee clinician roundtable occurred in July 2026.
