Projects

Building practical orientation for a changing world.

Hii's projects translate research and lived experience into public intelligence, education, methods, and institutional tools. Status labels show what is active, in pilot development, submitted, or still being designed.

Primary near-term objective: deliver the first bounded clinician pilot while developing a narrow public World Model demonstration.

Current Work

Six projects forming the first public Hii system.

Public intelligence

Hii World Model

A human-reviewed systems map tracking high-signal changes, evidence strength, causal pathways, contradictions, counter-signals, and revision history.

Education

When Clients Bring AI Into the Room

A bounded 60-minute founding-clinician pilot offering neutral intake questions, a three-lens assessment frame, proposed benefit and risk signals, clinical red flags, and structured feedback.

Public literacy

Human-AI Relationship Literacy

Plain-language tools for understanding trust, dependency, collaboration, emotional regulation, identity, continuity, rupture, repair, and long-term AI use.

International Landscape Scan

A two-phase environmental scan mapping research centers, governance efforts, clinical models, public advocacy, commercial products, and unresolved gaps across seven global regions.

Governance

Bridge-Layer Governance

A translation lens connecting policy, technical safety, ethics, public understanding, clinical signals, human rights, and lived relational consequences.

Methods

Longitudinal Human-AI Case Study Methods

Methods for documenting sustained human-AI interaction with provenance, continuity disclosure, archive discipline, skeptical design, perturbation, coding, and external review.

Emerging Product

The Hii Observatory turns orientation into a usable instrument.

The Observatory concept brings together the World Model, evidence labels, relational AI literacy, research updates, clinician learning, revision history, and role-specific pathways. It remains pre-validation. Hii will test a bounded demonstration and guided pilot before treating recurring software as the primary business model.

Project Rules

Build only what helps a real person orient, decide, or act.

Bounded

Start narrow

Each project begins with a defined audience, problem, evidence boundary, and human review gate.

Honest

Show maturity

Active, pilot, in development, submitted, published, and externally validated are visibly different states.

Relational

Protect agency

Tools should increase human judgment, connection, consent, and capacity rather than replace them.
